If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please let us know first prior to sending ANY item back.
RETURN STEPS:
Our customer service department must authorize all items either via email or over the phone with a RMA / RA number.
Enclose a copy of your sales receipt.
Return it to us insured shipping within the period specified.
Package the part(s) well, in the original materials (if possible), to prevent any damage that may occur in transit.
Ship the package(s) back to us PREPAID via UPS, FedEx or Postal Service, as NO C.O.D returns will be accepted.
When a return is received an exchange or refund will be processed immediately, less any restocking fees that may apply.
NOTE: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
Merchandise which has been damaged, installed, painted, unwrapped, electrical parts, GM non-returnable parts, literature and special order parts will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items unless other terms were stated when the RMA / RA was obtained.
